Giyoga OÜ Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Giyoga OÜ services, including all classes, workshops, events, memberships, gift cards, and the website www.gistuudio.ee.
By using our website, booking services, or participating in activities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions and Scope

  • Studio – Gi stuudio, operated by Giyoga OÜ

  • Client – a person who books or participates in classes, workshops, or events

  • Class – an individual or group session (e.g. yoga, pilates, meditation)

  • Workshop / Event – a special or themed program with specific conditions

  • Packages and Memberships – service bundles valid for a defined period or number of sessions

These Terms apply to all clients and website users unless stated otherwise.

3. Booking and Account Creation

  • All bookings are made via the Mindbody booking system or through the Giyoga website

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information

  • Account login details must be kept secure

  • Giyoga reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if these Terms are violated or if a client’s behaviour disrupts others
     

4. Prices and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in euros (€)

  • Prices reflect the rates published on the website at the time of purchase

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers

  • A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully completed

  • Invoices and confirmations are sent electronically
     

5. Packages, Tickets, and Memberships

  • Packages and tickets are valid only for the time period or number of sessions stated

  • Memberships are billed in advance and are personal and non-transferable

  • Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled at least 30 days before the next billing cycle

  • Pausing or suspending memberships is possible only upon written request and where permitted

  • Refunds are not available, and unused sessions cannot be exchanged for cash
     

6. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Any remaining balance remains valid until the expiry date
     

7. Participation in Classes
Booking and Arrival

  • Bookings must be completed before attending a class

  • Clients are advised to arrive 10 minutes before the class start time

  • Late arrivals may be refused entry for safety and quality reasons

  • If entry is refused, the session is considered used
     

Waiting List

  • Clients may join a waiting list if a class is full

  • A spot must be confirmed within the timeframe stated in the notification
     

8. Clothing, Equipment, and Studio Use

  • Clients should wear comfortable workout clothing

  • Classes are practiced barefoot or with grip socks

  • Mats and props are provided by the studio

  • Equipment must be cleaned and returned after use

  • Clients should bring their own towel and water bottle
     

9. Health and Safety

  • Participation is at the client’s own risk

  • Instructor guidance does not replace medical advice

  • Clients must inform instructors of injuries, pregnancy, or health conditions

  • If feeling unwell or contagious, clients should not attend classes
     

10. Studio Etiquette and Conduct
To maintain a respectful and calm environment, clients are asked to:

  • Keep mobile phones on silent mode

  • Arrive on time and respect quiet before and after classes

  • Clean and return all used equipment

  • Respect instructors, staff, and other participants

Photography or filming is allowed only with prior permission.
When sharing content online, clients are encouraged to tag @gistuudio.

11. Cancellation Policy
Regular Classes

  • Cancellations are free up to 12 hours before class start

  • Late cancellations or no-shows result in:

    • One session deducted from a package, or

    • No refund for single bookings, or

    • A no-show fee for memberships

Workshops and Events

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event may be transferred to another date

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable
     

Cancellations by the Studio

  • If a class or event is cancelled by Giyoga, clients will be offered an alternative class or account credit
     

12. Website Use

  • Users agree not to misuse the website or violate any laws

  • All website content (text, images, graphics, trademarks) belongs to Giyoga OÜ or its partners

  • Content may not be copied or used without written permission

  • The website may contain links to third-party websites for which Giyoga is not responsible
     

13. Communication

  • Client support is available in Estonian and English

  • Giyoga aims to respond to all inquiries as promptly as possible

  • Official communication takes place via email
     

14. Feedback and Service Improvement

  • Clients may be invited to provide feedback

  • Participation is voluntary

  • Feedback is treated confidentially and used to improve services
     

15. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

16. Dispute Resolution
Giyoga aims to resolve disputes amicably.
If no agreement can be reached, disputes will be settled under the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
