Definitions and Scope
Studio – Gi stuudio, operated by Giyoga OÜ
Client – a person who participates in or books a place in classes, workshops, or special events
Class – an individual or group session (e.g. pilates, yoga, meditation)
Workshop / Event – a themed or special program that may have additional terms and conditions
Packages and Memberships – service packages valid for a set number of visits or a specific time period
 
Booking and Account Creation
To attend Gistuudio classes, you must register through our booking system Mindbody.
Upon registration, you’ll receive an email to confirm your account, and access details will be sent once you’ve purchased a package or ticket.
Please enter your details accurately and keep your account secure.
Giyoga reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account if terms are violated or if another participant’s experience is disrupted.
 
Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros (€) and reflect the current rates published on our website.
Payments are processed through a secure payment platform, and the transaction is valid once confirmed by the payment provider.
Invoices and booking confirmations are sent by email.
 
Packages, Tickets, and Memberships

• Class passes and packages are valid for the period or number of sessions stated in the product description.

• Memberships are billed in advance and are personal (non-transferable).

• Automatic renewal occurs unless the client cancels at least 30 days before the next billing period.

• Transfer of packages or memberships to another person is not permitted.

• Pausing or suspending memberships is only possible upon written request, if permitted by the service terms.

• Refunds are not available; tickets and packages cannot be exchanged for money.

• Changes to bookings must be made through the booking system, in accordance with the cancellation policy.

 
Gift Cards
Gistuudio gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue (unless otherwise stated).
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Any remaining balance is valid until the expiry date.
 
Participation in Classes
Booking and Arrival
Bookings are made via the Gistuudio website or directly through the booking platform.
A confirmation email is sent automatically – if you don’t receive it, please contact us.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class to settle in calmly.
For safety reasons, the instructor may refuse entry to latecomers. In such cases, the session will be considered used.
Waiting List
If a class is full, you can join the waiting list.
When a spot opens, you’ll receive an automatic notification and must confirm your place within the given timeframe.
Clothing and Equipment

• Wear comfortable workout clothing.

• Classes are practiced barefoot or with grip socks.

• All training props are available at the studio.

• Please clean mats and props after use and leave the space as you found it.

• Bring a towel and water bottle with you.

 
Health and Safety
Participation in classes is at your own risk.
Instructor guidance does not replace medical advice.
If you have a health concern (e.g. injury, pregnancy, or chronic condition), please inform your instructor before class and consult your doctor if needed.
If you are feeling unwell or contagious, please stay home.
 
Studio Etiquette and Conduct
Giyoga Studio is a calm and respectful space. Please:

• Switch your phone to silent mode

• Arrive on time and take a few moments to ground yourself before class

• Clean and return any props you used

• Respect the quiet before and after classes

• Honour others’ space and presence

Photography or filming is allowed only with the instructor’s or studio’s permission.

Cancellation Policy
Regular Classes

• Cancellations are free up to 12 hours before the class starts.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in:

  • One session deducted from your package, or

  • No refund for single bookings, or

  • A no-show fee may apply for memberships.

Workshops and Events

• If cancelled at least 48 hours before the event, your participation can be transferred to another date.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Cancellations by the Studio
If Gistuudio must cancel a class (e.g. due to instructor illness or technical reasons), clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative class or a credit to their account.
 
Website Terms of Use
By using our website, you agree not to violate any laws or misuse the system.
All website content – including text, photos, graphics, and trademarks – belongs to Giyoga OÜ or its partners.
Use of this content without written permission is prohibited.
The website may include links to third-party sites, for which Giyoga is not responsible.

Giyoga customer support operates in Estonian and English.
We aim to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.
