GI Yoga is the studio founder’s signature class - blending the flow of Vinyasa, more powerful strength-building movements and the understanding that yoga doesn’t have to be a strictly serious spiritual practice. The class challenges your physical capacity while offering safety and guided support so you can move into the unknown, knowing you’re cared for.
In the final part of this class, you’ll transition into calmness and relaxation - resting or using breathwork to soothe the nervous system.

A holistic body-mind workout inspired by yoga, Tai Chi, and pilates. The exercises develop balance and flexibility, strengthen core-stabilizing muscles and improve focus. Music and the harmonious sequencing of movements improve posture, flexibility, muscle tone, coordination, concentration, and balance. There is a new program every three months.

We use our own body weight and various equipment. The class is done barefoot. It strengthens and tones the entire body and improves strength, balance and coordination.
