Gi stuudio is a safe space where growth and self-development meet - rooted in tradition, knowledge, and a love for movement. This will be your journey back to yourself - through yoga, pilates, and meditation.

Here, you can be yourself. Move, rest, pause and challenge yourself. Explore your inner world and let yourself be inspired by the world around you.
 

We believe movement and stillness go hand in hand. We need both strength and rest, both the exhale and the inhale. Some days you need momentum and motivation; on others, softness and permission to simply be.
 

Regardles your age, gender or lifestyle, Gi stuudio is place where we hold and support one another, building a community where everyone’s uniqueness is seen and uplifts others.
 

Wellbeing doesn’t end when a class ends or when you leave the studio. Wellbeing is wherever you are - at home, at work, in nature with your family, in every breath.

Hello beautiful soul

... I've been waiting to meet You!

For the past 15 years, I have dedicated my life to movement, wellness, and connection. I began my journey as a group instructor in sports clubs, then grew into instructing private and corporate classes, retreats, and yoga events across different countries. Through my passion for travelling I have been able to explore many styles and teachers, always learning and deepening my understanding of both the oldest yoga traditions and the most modern approaches. My yoga classes are not just asanas, each class is like a journey from the external world to within. 

 

I have completed 200h of Yoga Alliance's teacher trainings (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin) and 50h of Yoga Alliance, Yin yoga. I hold the Estonian group trainer level 5 certification. Additionally, my professional experience as a MET nurse has given me valuable knowledge about the body and mind as a whole. I highly value quality and safety in my classes. This inspired me to be a co-author for a book called "Complete guide to yoga".

Yoga isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am. It’s the rhythm of my breath, the way I meet each moment, and the way I choose to live. Yoga came to me through life itself - through love and loss, through burnout and rediscovery. Yoga helped me to find my way back to myself, and it continues to guide me every day.

I’m a mother, a lifelong learner, and come from a medical background, with years of experience in preventive medicine. Caring for others - body, mind, and soul - has always been my calling. I believe that true wellbeing isn’t found only on the mat, but in how we move through life, how we breathe, think, speak, and connect.
 

The studio was born from a dream — to create a space that feels like home, where everyone is seen, safe, and supported. A place where movement meets stillness, where strength and softness live together, and where you can come exactly as you are.
